What an awesome painting of an awesome piece of our built heritage. Really beautiful job. Well done
The intensity of the detailing reminds me of the Tolkein short story, LEAF, by Niggle. Such effort, first to assemble all those stone then lay & layer them just right speaks to a skill that will serve well in the years to come, when the plastic tide recedes, the cheap oil dries up and we are reliant on ourselves.
